Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for use of this service. These Terms apply to all users of this service.

Agreement to Terms

By using this service, users are deemed to have given valid and irrevocable consent to these Terms. Users who do not agree to these Terms may not use this service.

User Registration

Those who wish to use this service may register by applying for registration through the method specified by us after agreeing to these Terms, and upon our approval.

Registration Refusal

We may refuse to approve registration applications if we determine that any of the following applies. We have no obligation to disclose the reason for refusal.

• When false information has been provided
• When the application is from a person who has violated these Terms
• When we otherwise determine that registration is inappropriate

Use by Minors

If you are a minor, please use this service after obtaining the consent of your legal guardian.

If a user who started using this service without obtaining the consent of a legal guardian reaches the age of majority, we will consider that the user has ratified the use during the period when they were a minor.

Management of Login Information

Users shall manage their login information for this service at their own responsibility. Users may not transfer, lend, or share their login information with third parties under any circumstances. We shall not be liable for any damage caused by the use of login information by third parties, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Use of Content

We grant users permission to use the text, images, software, and other content provided by this service for private use within the scope of use of this service. For paid content, we grant permission for private use upon completion of payment. This is a non-exclusive license that cannot be transferred or sublicensed. Any use of content beyond this scope is prohibited.

Default Interest

Users who delay payment of monetary obligations to us shall pay default interest at a rate of 14.6% per annum to us.

User Submissions

Users represent and warrant to us that they have the legal right to transmit information contained in their submissions, and that their submissions do not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties. Copyrights in user submissions remain with the users themselves. However, we may reproduce, adapt, automatically transmit to the public user submissions free of charge, indefinitely, and without geographical limitation, to the extent necessary for the provision of this service.

Prohibited Acts

Users must not engage in the following acts when using this service:

• Acts that violate laws, court judgments, or binding orders
• Acts related to criminal activities
• Acts that infringe the intellectual property rights of us or third parties
• Acts that place an excessive burden on the servers or networks
• Acts of reverse assembling, reverse compiling, or reverse engineering
• Acts of commercially using information obtained through this service
• Acts of lending, transferring, or selling accounts or content for compensation
• Acts of impersonating other users
• Acts of providing benefits to anti-social forces
• Other acts that we determine to be inappropriate

Prohibition of Monetization

All content or virtual currency obtained within this service is strictly prohibited from sale, purchase, or exchange for money.

Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces

Users represent and warrant that they do not have any relationship with anti-social forces (such as organized crime groups) and will not have any in the future.

Use Restrictions

We may restrict the use of this service or cancel a user's registration without prior notice if the user violates any provision of these Terms.

Suspension of Service Provision

We may suspend or interrupt the provision of this service without prior notice due to system maintenance, natural disasters, or technical difficulties.

Disclaimer of Warranty

We do not warrant that this service is free of bugs, safe, accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any damage incurred by users in connection with this service. However, this does not apply if the contract constitutes a consumer contract.

Even in such cases, our liability for negligence (excluding gross negligence) shall be limited to direct and actual damage up to the lower of the usage fee for the most recent month or 10,000 yen.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over our head office.
