Refund Policy

Refunds

We do not accept refunds for token purchases (charges of $10 each) for any reason.

We do not accept returns or cancellations after the purchase process is completed. Please confirm carefully before making your payment.

Duplicate Payments

In the unlikely event that a duplicate payment occurs due to a system malfunction or other issue, please contact us and we will investigate. Refunds will only be processed for confirmed duplicate payments.

Chargebacks (Credit Card Payment Disputes)

If you file a chargeback (a dispute with your credit card company to refuse payment), we may suspend the relevant account. If you have any issues, please contact us first.

Legal Rights

This refund policy does not affect your legal rights as a consumer. If the laws of your place of residence require refunds, those laws shall take precedence.
